At Rove Costco Next, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our standard restocking fees.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Costco Next support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging to ensure safe transit and eligibility for a full refund.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original Costco payment method within 5-10 business days.
